GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

• Submissions are invited for Poster/ Podium presentation.
• Abstract submissions are available online only.
• The Abstract must be related to Onco Reconstructive Surgery only.
• Abstracts must contain original material, preferably not published or presented at any other meeting prior to this; if the work has been earlier presented/published this needs to be disclosed.
• Only abstracts in English will be accepted.
• All abstracts (for poster or oral presentation) will have to be submitted in the same prescribed format.
• Abstract should not contain any tables. No Images, graphs or illustrations are allowed in the abstract.
• The presenting author needs to be clearly identified at time of submission.
• The names and affiliations of all authors must be stated.
• The abstract text should be restricted up to 2000 characters (approx. 200 words). Your abstract will be automatically curtailed beyond this limit.
• Abstract should be submitted as a structured abstract under the following headings: Title, Authors, Background /Purpose, Methods, Results, Discussion & Conclusion. Word limit applies to the Background /Purpose, Methods, Results, Discussion & Conclusion only.
• Only abstracts that are complete and in accordance with headings provided will be considered for review.
• Last Date of Abstract submission is 15-Jan-2025.

Abstract Processing

• It is mandatory for presenting authors to register for the conference.
• Top 20 abstract submissions are accepted for POSTER presentation. Selected submissions shall be upgraded for Podium Presentation.
• Submissions shall be screened by the Scientific Committee prior to acceptance.
• Selected submissions shall be upgraded for podium presentation. Please indicate your acceptance for oral/ podium presentation by marking the relevant box in the submission process.
• Submissions shall be judged by a panel.
• Decisions of the scientific committee with regard to acceptance and upgradation to podium presentation shall be conveyed by email by abstract committee.
