Abstract Submission Guidelines :

The Organising Committee of NAC 2026 invites the submission of scientific abstracts for Paper Presentation.


Scope and Eligibility

Abstracts related to the airway.
Submissions may be clinical, translational, educational, or technological.

Categories of Abstracts

Authors must select a category at the time of submission :
Original Articles
Systematic Reviews and/or Meta-Analyses
Surveys and Audits
Case Series
Case Reports
Technical Reports
 

Submission Guidelines

Abstracts related to the airway.
Presenting Authors must be registered for NAC 2026 at the time of submission
AIDAA membership is mandatory for paper/poster presentation
Abstracts must be submitted online through the NAC 2026 Abstract Submission Portal.
Submissions must follow the prescribed abstract template.
Word limit: 250 words (excluding title, authors, keywords, references). One table and one figure are allowed.

 

Review Process

All abstracts will undergo peer review by the Scientific Committee.
If revision is required, authors must resubmit within the stipulated timeline.
 

Decision Timeline

Final decision will be communicated within 4 weeks of submission.
 

Publication

Important Note: Selected and presented abstracts will be published in the AIRWAY Journal, the Official Publication of the All India Difficult Airway Association (AIDAA), subject to journal editorial policies.
 

Ethical Requirements

Patient confidentiality must be strictly maintained.
Institutional Ethics Committee approval or waiver and Trial registration must be mentioned where applicable.
Case reports and case series must follow ethical reporting standards.
 

Important Dates

Notification of Decision: Within 4 weeks of submission
