Conference Registration is Mandatory for all the attendees.
Conference Registration must be done via online registration portal only.
Please ensure to wear registration badge (QR Coded) provided during the registration to have access to different areas of the conference venue.
Registration is non-transferable.
PG Students will have to submit certificate from head of the department mentioning 'current status as a resident'.
Registration confirmation will be received via email / SMS on your registered mobile number and email-id after receiving your payment.
For spot registrations: Payment will be accepted only by mode of upi/card as per the availability for particular event of the conference. The disbursal of the delegate kit will also be subject to availability.
Delegate kit would be handed over only to the registered attendees.
Entry of the accompanying Person may be restricted to certain areas at the venue of the conference.
Organizer will not be responsible for any date change of the conference and any loss or theft of personal belongings.
Post conference, no kit or any workshop material will be disbursed to any attendees.
The registration fee is refundable based on the cancellation and refund policy. All the refunds will be processed after the accomplishment of the conference.
Entire registration portal is dynamic, where you can add your registrations, payments, accommodation, abstracts, C.V., presentations and much more.

Option 2 : Create account as Non-IOA Member by filling your details
Get OTP on your registered number/email
Get access to your dashboard
